    Shibori (tie dye)

    Please note change of date to FRIDAY 3 AUGUST 2018 at 1.30 to 4.30 pm in the Community Room.

    If you would like to take part please contact Margaret Kennedy on 822157.

    Most items will be provided but it would be helpful if you could bring: pencil, ruler, needle and thread and elastic bands (if you have any), string, rope, scissors, any t-shirt, shirt or fabric that you would like to dye.

    The overall cost of the session is £10 each.

  • Cuppa in the Community

    Cuppa in the Community

    Come and join us for afternoon tea / coffee, cake and a chat in the Community Room on the Playing Field.

    Cuppa in the Community usually takes place on the 2nd Monday of the month between 2.30 pm and 4 pm.

    We may be able to help with transport if needed.

    Please contact Margaret Kennedy on 01328 822157 to check the date, confirm that you are coming (spaces are limited) and if you require transport.

    Cost £2 (there is often a raffle on the day as well)

    We are currently raising funds to cover the cost of refurbishing the kitchen area.

    Forthcoming dates: 9 July, 13 August, 10 September, 8 October.

  • Unveiling of Airfield Memorial 21 July 2018

    Saturday 21st July unveiling Airfield Memorial @ 14:30

    McAully Flying group in association with the Airfields of Britain Conservation Trust will be unveiling a Memorial to mark the significance that Little Snoring Airfield made to the RAF.

    The Club house will be open from midday, where guests can both park and take refreshments prior to the opening.

    Vehicular access will be off the Thursford Road, it will be marked locally just follow the highway signs to the ‘airfield’.

    Arrangements will be made to leave the club house at 14:15 to  assemble at the Memorial.

    This event is open to all.

  • Afternoon Tea and Cake 19 June 2018

  • Poppies for WW1 commemoration

    A group of us are going to make a cascade of poppies to commemorate the end of World War 1. Would you like to help us cut out some poppies? It’s very easy you just need to turn up to the Community Room on Friday 8 June at 10 am. (Please bring a pair of scissors if you can).
